First go and get this backup plugin for free plugin- WP Backup

Then follow instructions and use a ftp server like cute ftp version 8 you get a 30 day free trial.Firefox has one you can plugin to browser for free- FireFTP

When you have done that log into your Wordpress and go to plugins-Activate wp backup-it will then go to green area above activation.

Now go to Manage in your Wordpress-Here you will see at the top a link that says Backup
