You Need To Download these basic plugin's-Remember they are zipped,so we need to set up a folder
These are the Plugins you need--

#7.Wordpress Back up

These are free -Download them - realise they are zipped-make a new folder on your desktop and unzip to each name folder-up load them to WP-Content/Plugins at your root of your blog--
Go sign in to Wordpress-go to plug -in top right and activate them-will explain next post how to use them-they really explain them selves--
